REMIglas shelf complies with the European HACCP regulation. Sensitive goods like minced meat are kept refrigerated between 0 and 2 degrees, dairy products between 2 and 7 degrees. The "crystal-clear" presentation of the goods reinforces the impression of freshness. And, REMIglas shelf reduces the consumption of energy by, in part, more than 60 %. The special insulating glass permits no condensation to form after opening and closing, while retrofitting of the especially easy running covers on the unit is possible at any time.
