1976: The company is restructured as "REMIS Ges. für Entwicklung u. Vertrieb techn. Elemente mbH". Managing partner: Paul Isfort

1978: Paul Isfort builds the production plant at Gronau-Epe with adjoining management offices.

1979: Development and production of radiation-reflective blinds for the refrigeration industry

1984: Construction of the central administration and production site in Cologne-Ossendorf.

2003: Triplication of the production capacity in Gronau-Epe through the construction of plant II.

2007: Expansion of the production capacity for refrigeration systems through the construction of plant III.

2009: Establishing the REMIS America LLC in Elkhart, Chicago

2010: Acquisition of Mo.T.I.S. GmbH - 100% subsidiary

2010: Founding of REMIS SASU in France
